Olly Kendall Founder & MD
After working for Lib Dem leader Charles Kennedy as his Press Secretary (2004-2006) Olly Kendall worked in lobbying and PR before founding Westminster PA in 2011. His sector experience includes transport, housing, finance, environment, gaming, digital economy, family law, visas as well as many other policy areas. He contributes to the Guardian and appears as a media and political commentator on BBC, ITV and Sky News. 
Jim Rothwell Director
Jim started out as a lobbyist in 1997 working for a food sector trade body. After postgraduate study, he joined the Advertising Association, followed by five years at a political consultancy, during which he led multiple client accounts for corporates and not-for-profits. He has also managed regulatory and public affairs-oriented projects, including for a global law firm. In addition, Jim is Vice-Chair of the Debating Group - the Parliamentary forum for media and marketing debate.
Niall Davies Senior Account Executive

Niall was previously a Parliamentary Assistant to former transport minister Huw Merriman MP. He has worked as a Parliamentary Advisor within a Westminster-based Pooled Research Facility. His broad research expertise includes transport, environmental and rural affairs, and the devolved nations. 

Paul Beckford Director
Paul is an experienced political consultant with a transport specialism working for National Express, London Midland, Toyota, Urban Transport Group, Bombardier, Associated British Ports, Network Rail and RingGo. He serves on two DfT engagement groups advising ministers on aviation policy. He has worked as the secretariat for a transport APPG. He provided expert witness to London Assembly Environment and Transport committees into aircraft noise. He is currently completing a doctorate at UCL exploring the financing of transport infrastructure maintenance.

Julian Bell is a seasoned local government leader and public sector innovator. He served as the Leader of Ealing Council for over a decade. He also served as a Transport for London (TfL) Board Member and Chair of the LGA Commercial Advisory Board. He brings exceptional knowledge and understanding of local government at a key time when local government is being reorganised.

Katie Begg Associate Consultant
Katie is a policy and public affairs specialist with almost two decades experience working in Westminster, specialising in health and care policy. She was formerly Head of Policy and Public Affairs and then Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing at Anthony Nolan. She has worked predominantly in the health sector with NHS Blood and Transplant, the Stem Cell Strategic Forum, Liminal Space, Leprosy Mission International, Immunocore and the Blood Cancer Alliance. She began her career in Parliament, working for Labour MPs

Kate Williams Associate Consultant
Kate is a political consultant with 20 years’ experience working across public affairs and policy. Her background is working in the health and education sectors. She has a history working with charities including the National Children’s Bureau, Ambitious about Autism, and the National Association of Special Schools. She worked for Ed Balls MP when he was Secretary of State for Education, running his Parliamentary office and communications. She has also worked in local authority social care teams in Yorkshire and London, coordinating with local health services.
